The Patient Portal is a secure communication tool that eliminates telephone tag and gives you immediate access to your medical information. Both new and established patients need a portal account to obtain lab results, view and send messages, access visit summaries, update information and pay balances. You will receive and may send secure communications regarding appointments and insurance/billing questions through the Patient Portal.
If you have an appointment and the weather is severe; closings and delays will be posted on our website and with our answering service. We will also send notices and handle rescheduling through the Patient Portal.
-
After you first make an appointment with our office, you will receive a communication inviting you to the Patient Portal. This system requires that each patient have a valid and unique email and password. Portal communications become a permanent part of your record which is maintained and stored by AthenaHealth, the vendor of our electronic medical record system.
-
On the Patient Portal sign-in page, click Forgot your Password? Enter your email address to request a password reset. Retrieve your email and click the Reset Password link. Select the phone number where you would like to receive a temporary pass code. Once you enter the temporary pass code, the system will direct you to set up your permanent password.
-
Log into the Patient Portal, click the My Profile tab, and then the Edit link. Update your information and hit submit. You can decide to have notifications sent as a text message and/or a phone call, in addition to the required email.
-
Yes, we do. In fact, we strive to improve communications by electronically sharing visit summaries, care plans and test results your primary care provider. Our team will also streamline referrals to other specialists to ensure you receive the timely, quality care you deserve.

Our Patient Portal provides immediate access to your medical information. Go to the MY HEALTH section to download and print your test results, medication lists and visit summaries.
